> Nearly all of They Said Yes is free forever: wedding website, RSVPs, invitations and reminders, seating planner, vendor tracking, guestbook and QR poster. The one thing that costs money is unlimited guest photos and voice messages, $29 once, per event. No subscriptions, no per-guest pricing, no credits.

They Said Yes has two plans and only one of them costs anything.

## How we make money

One thing costs money: the unlocked gallery, $29 once. That is the whole business model.

- **No gift registry cut.** We do not run a registry, so we never take a margin on your guests' gifts.
- **No lead lists, no data sales.** We do not sell your personal information. Your details are not a lead list, and you will not start getting emails from photographers because you made an account.
- **No credits or per-send fees.** Invitations and reminders are included, and resending costs nothing.

Your guest list is the most personal thing you hand us: names, phone numbers and email addresses for people who never signed up for anything themselves. We do not sell any of it. Your guests only ever hear from us on your behalf, sending the invitations and reminders you asked us to send.

## Pricing questions

**Is the free plan actually free, or a trial?**
It is free and it does not expire. There is no trial clock and no card on file.

**What exactly does the $29 buy?**
It lifts the caps on your guest gallery: unlimited photos and unlimited voice messages instead of the latest 30 photos and 5 voice messages.

**Is it $29 per event or per year?**
Per event, once. There is no subscription and no renewal.

**Do you charge per guest?**
No. Guest count never changes the price. POV, for example, charges $34.99 at 100 guests and $64.99 at 175.

**Do you charge for invitations or reminders?**
No. Email invitations, SMS where we have coverage, and automated reminders are included, and resending costs nothing.

**What happens to my photos if I never pay?**
You keep the free gallery, showing your latest 30 photos and 5 voice messages, plus every guestbook message. Nothing is deleted to pressure an upgrade.

**How long do you keep my photos?**
At least twelve months after your event date, and we give you notice before anything is removed. That is the commitment in our terms of service. Download the full archive whenever you like.

**Can I get a refund?**
Yes. Email us and we will refund the one-off charge.
