### How do I add guests to my event?

Navigate to your event's guest list from the dashboard. You can add guests individually by clicking 'Add Guest' or import multiple guests at once using our CSV import feature. You'll need each guest's name and an email address for sending invitations.

### Can guests bring plus ones?

Yes. When setting up your event or editing guest details, you can enable plus ones for specific guests. You can set the number of allowed plus ones per guest. Guests can then add their plus ones when they RSVP.

### How do I send invitations to my guests?

Go to the Messages section in your event dashboard. You can send invitations via email. Select your message and send. Each invitation includes a unique link for guests to RSVP, with the exception of the save-the-date messages.

### How do I track RSVPs?

Your event dashboard shows real-time RSVP statistics including total responses, acceptances, declines, and pending responses. Click on any guest to see their detailed response history and any additional information they've provided.

### Can I customise the look of my RSVP page?

Yes. Go to Settings > Customisation in your event dashboard. You can choose colour themes and customise the text that appears on your RSVP page to match your event style.

### How do I set up a seating chart?

Navigate to the Seating Chart section in your event dashboard. Create tables, name them, and drag-and-drop guests to assign seats.

### Can I collect dietary requirements from guests?

Yes. When configuring your event's RSVP form, you can enable dietary requirement questions. View all responses in your guest list export. We also include it in the table assignment export for easy reference when you provide it to your venue.

### How do I manage vendors for my event?

Use the Vendors section to add and track your event vendors (caterers, photographers, etc.). You can store contact information, track payments, and add notes to keep everything organised in one place.

### Can guests share photos from the event?

Yes. Enable the Shared Photos feature for your event. Guests can upload photos directly to your event's gallery. You can download all photos or generate a QR code for easy access at the event.

### How do I send reminders to guests who haven't responded?

In the Messages section, you can filter recipients to show only guests with pending RSVPs. You can only send reminders once per message to avoid spamming your guests.

### Why do my emails look different from the preview?

Email rendering is notoriously complex. Unlike web browsers, email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) each interpret HTML and CSS differently, and many don't support modern styling features.

To ensure your emails display reliably across all clients, we use simplified versions of some themes — for example, decorative images may be omitted since some clients block images by default.

Additionally, some email clients apply their own styling, particularly in dark mode, which can alter colours to improve readability. These are industry-wide limitations, not specific to our platform.

Rest assured, your RSVP page and other web-based content will display your chosen theme exactly as you designed it.

### How do I add custom questions to my RSVP form?

Go to Settings > Questionnaire in your event dashboard. You can add multiple choice questions, free-text responses, or checkboxes. Questions can be set to apply to the main guest, their plus ones, or both.

### Can I import guests in bulk?

Yes. Go to the Import section in your dashboard and download our CSV template. Fill in your guest details (name, email, phone, group) and upload the file. We'll validate the data and show you a preview before confirming the import.

### Can I organise guests into groups?

Yes. You can create custom groups to organise your guests (e.g., 'Family', 'Work Friends', 'School Friends'). Groups are helpful for sending targeted messages and keeping your guest list organised.

### Can guests add my event to their calendar?

Yes. After guests RSVP, they can download a calendar file (.ics) that works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and other calendar apps. The event details, date, time, and location are automatically included.
